Shopping

The only shipping method is standard shipping. Shipping costs will be €5 for orders under €40, although if orders are over €40, shipping is free of charge. Thus, Olivita performs delivery and/or shipping services through: FEDEX.

If your order is damaged or defective, please contact Customer Service at [email protected] within 24 hours indicating the order number and a photo of the damaged or wrong product. We will tell you how to proceed in each case to give you a solution.

To return an item if the product is fine but you do not want it and you want to return it, write to [email protected] and the order number and we will tell you how to proceed. The return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense.

Yes, we use secure payment systems. Confidential credit or debit card payment details are transmitted directly and encrypted (SSL) to the financial institution.

When making the payment through a secure payment gateway, the system will automatically verify that the credit card is activated for secure e-commerce. It will then connect with the issuing bank, which will request authentication and authorisation of the transaction.

Orders can only be cancelled if the order is in process and has not left the warehouse. To do so, please write to [email protected] indicating the order number and we will tell you how to proceed.

To add or remove an item from your order you must contact customer service at [email protected], as it is not possible to modify it from the customer area and as long as the order has not left the warehouse it can be modified.

Payment

You can pay through secure payment by credit card and Paypal.

Once you have made your purchase, you will receive an email with the confirmation of your purchase and the details of your order, which will serve as your purchase receipt.

Shipping and returns

To track your order you will receive an email from the transport company once it is in transit, where you can find out the status of your order. If you have not received this email with the status, you can write to [email protected] and we will contact the transport agency to inform you of the status of your order.

The delivery time depends on the weight and destination of the order. The estimated delivery time is indicated during the checkout process. Orders may take approximately 48 hours to arrive.

If your order is less than 40€ the shipping costs will be 5€, but if the order is more than 40€ the shipping is free.

To return an item if the product is fine but you do not want it and you want to return it, please write to [email protected] with your order number and we will tell you how to proceed. The return shipping costs are to be paid by the customer.

You have 14 calendar days from the date you receive the order to return it.

The refund will be made using the same payment method you used. The refund will not be made until the goods are received at the warehouse. The estimated refund time depends on the bank.
